VII Doctoral Conference on Computer Science
On the 23rd of February, Juan Miguel Serrano attended the VII Jornadas de Doctorado en Informática (7th Doctoral Conference in Computer Science), where he presented the objectives, methodology and research results of his doctoral thesis. During the conference, Juan Miguel presented the progress made in the modelling and optimisation of the combined refrigeration pilot plant of the Solhycool project.
The VII Doctoral Conference in Computer Science of the University of Almeria (JDI2024@UAL) is an event that takes place within the framework of the Doctoral Programme in Computer Science of the UAL, whose main objective is to monitor the annual research of doctoral students, and at the same time serves as an annual meeting point for students, tutors, directors and members of the university community with common interests in scientific research in the field of Computer Science. Similarly, these conferences are intended to serve as a forum for the dissemination and popularisation of the results of computer science research developed in the doctoral theses supported by the current R&D projects of the research groups of the Department of Computer Science. These conferences are open to anyone interested in scientific and technical research in Computer Science and are free of charge.
